Jessica Nieradka

Jessica Nieradka facilitates content and development at LEAD IMPACT. In this role, she assists in managing grants with the State Department and others to support emerging programs at LEAD IMPACT, as well as creates website content. In her capacity as Senior Program Associate for the Certificate in Global Public Health, Responsible Leadership Ethics, and Gender Empowerment, Jessica is a valued partner, always looking to support stakeholders and contribute to every project.

A compliance specialist at her day job, Jessica is highly experienced in project management and execution, most recently helping launch a companywide compliance initiative at MCIC Vermont where she’s worked for nearly 10 years.  She has a reputation as a team player, always looking for ways to improve processes while building consensus.

Jessica’s real passion lies in global studies.  She spent years consulting at the Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton Foundation, Population Council and Haiti Adolescent Girls Network with a particular focus on girls and women’s issues. She’s spent time in France, Luxembourg, and done fieldwork in Ghana and Haiti. Jessica obtained her undergraduate degree from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, and graduate degree from NYU New York (where she met Dr. Mazzucelli).  She’s also completed a certificate in Project Management at NYU.

Jessica lives in Hoboken, New Jersey, with her rescue cat Minnie and enjoys traveling.
