Rayme Silverberg

Rayme Silverberg is the founder and CEO of Paradigm Shift, an ArtTech startup, researching alternative funding models designed to safeguard the financial sustainability of art institutions. She holds an M.S. in Global Affairs from NYU’s Center for Global Affairs. Her scholarly work, “How Blockchain and Art Can Save the World”, was a finalist in the 2023 School of Professional Studies Capstone Competition, and serves as a white paper for an emerging technology she is developing for 2025. She also is the AML Sanctions Analyst at SMBC. Previously, she has conducted research with the Antiquities Coalition on developing an Asset Tracker to map Russian Oligarch capital wealth globally. Rayme‘s expertise straddles illicit finance, ArtTech, and Fintech, informed by a decade-long tenure in the non-profit arts sector as a photographer, and theatrical producer. Rayme‘s professional journey reflects a commitment to bridging the gap between the arts and financial innovation, driving progress with a clear vision for a more secure and inclusive future for cultural institutions.
