Zeynep Kurtulus

Zeynep Kurtulus is an incoming freshman at Harvard University, 2024-2025, with an expected dual major in economics and government. During spring 2024, she completed the Gap Year Program at the New York Times School of Journalism.

A native of Turkey, Zeynep has lived in Germany and the United States. Fluent in Turkish, German, and English, she is an alumna of the Pioneer Academics Research Program.

As a Pioneer Scholar, Zeynep researched French politics and society in a mentoring experience with Professor Colette Mazzucelli, a graduate faculty member in Global Affairs and International Relations at New York University, 2005-Present.
