Jamal Al Aref

My name is Jamal Al Aref. I am from Jerusalem, Israel.
A development professional with around 30 years of experience within the MENA region, I was educated in the UK and hold an MSc degree in Engineering Business Management from LEEDS University, UK. I have worked with the Private & Public sectors, the UN, and the International NGOs. Moreover, I have planned, designed, and managed multi-year community development programs on a scale of $100 million USD, which focused on the resilience, sustainability, and employment generation within marginalized communities.

My accumulated professional experience ranges from project management, organizational and human resources development, technical assistance, conflict resolution, mentoring and training.
I am fluent in English, French, and Hebrew in addition to Arabic.
Currently, I am a freelance consultant providing services in organizational and development programmers management, conflict resolution, and coaching university students enrolled in entrepreneurship programs.
