Helen Argyrou Ma. Clin Psych, based in Limassol, Cyprus, was born and bred in Africa. Helen is an award-winning global visionary, innovative gesy accredited clinical psychologist, and speaker specializing in the Enneagram for Optimising Leadership Excellence. As a Neuroscience FlowMojo™ Entrainment Researcher which involves ways that rhythm helps to entrain brain wave frequencies evolved from her multiperspectivity, Helen became known for her ability to merge spirituality with science. Her interest developed as a student in University of Cape Town South Africa where she began investigating the rave subcultures, culminating in a master’s thesis on drag artists and their construction of identity. Also in Cape Town, she learned to drum and developed a therapeutic training movement Druminspire, that facilitated numerous organisational seminars and social change projects in over 13 countries including a United Nations Development conflict resolution Project called One HEARTBEAT Cyprus that united Greek and Turkish Cypriot youth in 8 island-wide drum circles.  
 
Twenty-five years later she published her research on how women construct identity and self-deception with the remedy, in an Amazon bestseller, The Biggest Lies Women Believe and the Women of Truth. Working as a mentor and executive coach globally, speaker trainer and curator for Women of Truth which she founded in 2015 as Yinalthea in Cyprus, Helen curated and staged 170 speakers in 5 live conferences in Cyprus and the Netherlands. with a recent Awards ceremony for 60 Integrative Health Innovation and visionary leaders from 35 countries at her Integrative health conference in Dubai. 
 
Helen specializes in recruting and elevating the ‘Xtravisionaries’, leaders speakers and pioneers who bring new solutions for global excellence and helps them build their personal brands in her AHA Accelerator because she beleives heartbsed  thought leadership is the solution for the challenge we all face living in epic times. As a musician and specialized sacred sound and drum therapy specialist Helen is producing 13 collaborative sound activations with 12 world musicians. These works signify the mystical convergence of sound as a conduit that activates and accelerates healing on multidimensional levels. As a symbol of integrative health practices that build neuroplasticity, they combine Naad yoga with rhythm and psychological drivers to redirect the neural pathways that foster isolation, illness, and depression. Launching on May 11 2025 with matching music meditations, The Copper Thread series honors the grace in self-recovery that is catalyzed from adversity with the 13 universal truths that helps us master the times ‘When Down Becomes Up’. 
 
Her upcoming projects include an e-book that helps leaders expand their bandwidth for epic times, an integrative health THINK TANK to advocate for more inclusion in medical practice and Art and Drum Youth Festivals that advance mental health solutions. Helen is also now working on her new books, the Neuroscience of Drumming, FLOW MOJO and GODDESSENCE all about inventing a new Femininity for Women Who Crack the Mould.
