Kasch Marquardt
Kasch Marquardt is a current senior at West Campus High School, aiming to pursue either International Business or International Relations as a Bachelor’s degree in college. He currently serves as Sustainability Liaison for his school district, representing over 40,000 students in his role regulating the environmental initiatives of the institution through a youth lens. He is also heavily involved in community service and the Rotary International sphere, serving as his club Interact (Rotary Youth) president and District Interact Governor for the 2024-25 term.
Highly interested in global affairs, Kasch was a Pioneer Academics student researcher in the summer 2024 term, where he researched trends and effects of Belgian devolution on European Integration processes under Professor Colette Mazzucelli, a graduate faculty member in Global Affairs and International Relations at New York University, 2005-Present.
Finally, Kasch is interested in cartography and online mapping. He will often make maps and online data visualizations in his spare time, focusing on the ethnic and linguistic diversity of India, along with population visualization and other subjects.
